This makes it easier for our investors to assess their investments, while also offering our investors multiple investment opportunities across the risk spectrum in any given year.
While many of our competitors are locked in to fixed timeframes on their investments, Dream Space Capital is able to maximize wealth through a more flexible approach. Once a business plan has been executed on a particular asset, Dream Space Capital analyzes current market conditions and financing options to determine how the asset can best generate wealth in the most tax-efficient manner:
Mailbox Money
If Dream Space Capital believes an asset will generate above-market cash-on-cash returns, it holds on to the property and distributes cash flow from the stabilized asset.
1031 Exchange
Alternatively, Dream Space Capital will seek out a new value-add investment and utilize a 1031 exchange of the asset to optimize tax benefits.
